The standard processing time begins when the order is placed and when the order is shipped. It does not include delivery time. Please allow up to 72 hours for orders to be shipped out.

The standard shipping is done by USPS and it's sent Priority mail.

Please allow up to 3-5 business days for packages to be received.

Expedited Overnight Shipping

If you need expedited shipping, that depends on when you place the order for the item to be shipped and delivery for next day service. As we do not control the carrier, timing is key for expedited shipments. 

For Overnight Shipping, (please note this is for business days) Orders need to be placed by 10:00 am to be packaged and shipped to arrive by the next business day.

Please note that orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday cannot be shipped until Monday morning for expedited shipping.

Was your Item Damaged?   

We understand that accident happens with the mail carrier. If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of receipt to report the damage for a possible replacement. Please provide all photos of the damage if there are no photos the item will "NOT" be eligible for replacement. If an item is deemed damaged and a replacement is granted to the customer, the replacement will be for the exact item/size of the original purchase. If the item is no longer available, the customer will be issued a store credit.
