If you are not Tickled Pink about your purchase, it’s totally fine! You have 14 -days from the date that you receive your purchase to send it back for either an Exchange or Store Credit.


  1. The Story of Pink does not give REFUNDS. {No Exceptions}
  2. The Story of Pink allows for EXCHANGES and STORE CREDIT ONLY! 
  3. Store Credit Doesn’t Expire! 
  4. There is a 14 -day’ time frame from when your order was received for you to simply mail your package back. All packages should be post marked within 14 -days of receipt.
  5. If it’s after 14 days of receipt unfortunately, you will not be able to get an exchange/Store credit.
  6. If your item was a "SAMPLE ITEM", "AS IS", “FINAL SALE ITEM”, SWIMWEAR, LINGERIE, ACCESSORIES, and BOOKS/JOURNALS unfortunately, you will not be able to make exchanges or get store credit. Those items are Final Sale! 
  7. If you are within the 14 days of receipt, you will be issued either an Exchange or Store credit only depending on what you opted for.

The Story of Pink will Exchange or issue Store credit only if the item(s) is returned unworn, unwashed, free of any stains (makeup, deodorant, etc.), and with any/all product tags still attached. The items should be in resalable condition. {No Exceptions}

Even if you are within the 14 days of receipt, The Story of Pink will NOT make an Exchange or process a Store Credit if item(s) appears to have been worn, washed, stained (makeup, deodorant, etc.) and any or all tags detached.NO EXCEPTIONS!

All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the cost of return shipping as well as shipping for Exchanges.

We recommend you track your returned packages and/or buy insurance. We are not responsible for returned items that get lost in the mail.

If you have Questions issues or concert you can contact us “Click Here” please provide your name, as well as order number and a brief description of the issue. Please allow up to 72 hours for a response, we will address the issue as quickly as possible.

Once the item(s) that was returned to us has been received and has complied with all Exchange/Store Credit Policy we will mail your exchanged item and send you tracking information via email once the order is processed. If you opted for Store Credit you will receive the information for the Store Credit Redemption via email.


Mistakes do happen if you believe you received an incorrect item, please email us immediately so that we can rectify the issue.
